Alaa Ghram is a graduate of CS Sfaxien (Tunisia), where he played for the main team from 2019 to 2024, making 98 appearances (5 goals). He won the Tunisian Cup twice (2019, 2022). On March 28, 2023, Ghram played his debut match for the Tunisia national team.
On June 26, 2024, he became a Shakhtar player, signing a 5-year contract with the club.
