Payment for goods

You can pay for the orders made at the online store of FC Shakhtar using one of the following options:

Cash upon delivery

This type of payment involves payment for the order at the time of delivery by the courier company Nova Poshta in your city/town.

Cash to courier (cash payment)

Payment is made in UAH at the moment of hand delivery of goods by courier to you. Cash payment to the courier is available only inside Ukraine. This type of payment involves payment for the order at the time of delivery by the courier company Nova Poshta in your city/town.

Bank transfer

Upon order placement, you will be able to print out a receipt for payment at any bank.

Payment by credit card

Upon order placement, you will be able to make payment by credit card. Card payment is available both inside and outside Ukraine. Dear Customers, Please note that when choosing the credit card or bank transfer payment methods, shipping is done upon the funds being credited to the bank account of FC Shakhtar online store; as a result, the processing time for your order can be extended. Orders are shipped only upon payment confirmation by the company’s accounting department. Application of initials on a shirt is possible only upon advance payment by bank transfer or credit card. You can order merchandise to be delivered outside Ukraine only when paying by credit card.

Delivery of goods

The goods are delivered Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday are days off. Please note that all orders formed during the weekend, are processed on Monday.

Delivery to a warehouse of Nova Poshta

Delivery is made to all offices of Nova Poshta in Ukraine. Delivery time is 1-4 business days. Shipping fee is 60 UAH up depending on the parcel size. If you cannot find your city/town when placing your order, you can specify the delivery destination in the comments box.

Courier delivery throughout Ukraine by Nova Poshta

Courier delivery is made throughout Ukraine to your door by a courier of Nova Poshta. The delivery fee is 80 UAH up depending on the parcel size. Delivery time is 1-4 days. If you cannot find your city/town when placing your order, you can specify the delivery destination in the comments box.

Delivery outside Ukraine

International deliveries are carried out by Ukrposhta, the world leader in express logistics. Express door- to-door shipping is carried out in more than 230 countries worldwide. The period of delivery to major destinations is 30 business days. The cost of delivery is calculated automatically upon selecting the country in the online store cart. Payment for orders is made by Visa/Maestro/Master Card, as well as by bank transfer via a bank’s cash desk. Possible additional charges for customs clearance are born by the recipient under the laws of the receiving country.
