Return and exchange
For a refund, you must produce the following documents:
1. A copy of your passport
2. A copy of your identification code
3. A completed application for a refund.

1. The consumer has the right to exchange a non-food product of appropriate quality for the same one from a seller, from whom it has been purchased, if the product does not meet one’s requirements in terms of shape, size, style, colour or cannot be used as intended.
The consumer has the right to exchange a product of appropriate quality within fourteen days, excluding the day of purchase, provided that a longer period has not specified by a seller.
The exchange of a product of appropriate quality is made provided that it has not been used and if its trade dress, consumer properties, seals, labels have been kept.
Please note! Underwear sets and items with individually applied personal name/number are not subject to return.
2. The dispatch is carried out by a client via any convenient transport service.
In case of dispatching via Nova Poshta, the address for dispatching is as follows:

After receiving the returned goods, the online store manager checks it for compliance with the essential requirements and in the case of its compliance with all conditions, they document the refund. If the returned item does not meet the stated requirements (in accordance with Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine On Protection of Consumers' Rights), it is not refundable (in case of delivery across the country, the goods will be shipped back (at buyer's expense) with the official refund refusal letter attached).
